Partners
Every broker and health plan Iris already connects to
Trips import automatically, statuses sync both ways, and billing reconciles against what each broker actually pays, no manual re-entry between systems.
Brokers & Health Plans
Connected out of the box, enterprise-grade underneath
Every connection below runs on standard HIPAA EDI transactions and real-time status sync, not a nightly file drop, so your board and each broker’s system never fall out of step.
ModivCare
Trips sync automatically from ModivCare over a dedicated API connection. Bookings, cancellations, and same-day changes land on your board within seconds, and completed trips submit back as EDI 837 claims, with 835 remittance matched automatically against what was actually paid.
MTM
MTM assignments import directly through MTM’s provider integration, with status webhooks for en-route, arrived, and completed events. Claims submit in MTM’s required format, and denials route back to your billing queue with the reason code attached instead of getting lost in a portal.
VectorCare
Referrals and trip requests from VectorCare route straight into your dispatch board via API, no manual entry, no separate login. Credentialing documents and compliance records sync both ways, so VectorCare always has your current insurance and inspection files on hand.
Call the Car
Trip data syncs both ways with Call the Car on a real-time connection: assignments in, statuses and mileage out. Billing reconciles automatically against Call the Car’s remittance files, flagging any trip paid at a different rate than contracted.
Kaiser Permanente
Eligibility and trip authorizations for Kaiser Permanente members are checked directly before a ride is booked, so a rider is never turned away for a lapsed authorization. Completed trips report back with the documentation Kaiser’s utilization review team requires.
Overflow Coverage
Farm out the trips you can’t cover
When your own fleet is stretched thin, route the ride to Uber Health or Lyft Healthcare instead of turning it down. Iris books it, tracks it to completion, and folds the cost back into the same trip record.
Uber Health
For ambulatory members who don’t need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. Iris books the ride through Uber Health’s API, and status and receipts flow straight back into the same trip record.
Lyft Healthcare
Covers both ambulatory and accessible rides through Lyft’s Concierge platform. Requests, confirmations, and ride receipts sync back to your board the same way a Provider Panel trip would.
One board, one workflow
A farmed-out trip still shows up, updates, and closes out inside the same Provider Panel board, no separate app or spreadsheet to check.
Live status either way
Pickup, en-route, and drop-off status come back automatically, so dispatch can answer “where’s my ride” the same way for a farmed-out trip as any other.
Cost and receipts, reconciled
The fare and receipt attach to the trip record automatically, so farmed-out rides bill and reconcile the same way as trips run by your own fleet.
